Nutrition Coach
Nutrition coaching focuses on holistically optimizing health and well-being. Unlike other dietary-based approaches, nutrition coaches focus more on overall health through empowerment and encouragement.
This approach considers personal factors that may impact an individual’s health, including work habits, lifestyle, and environment. Our practitioners focus on working with the individual to achieve personal physical and mental goals such as reducing stress levels, improving sleep quality, increasing energy levels, and more.

Cooking Therapy
Cooking therapy is a form of therapy that uses cooking-related activities to promote mental and emotional health. It can involve learning how to cook or bake. In the case of our practice, it is focused more on vegan and vegetarian cooking methods. It promotes the idea that preparing and cooking food is therapeutic and can build self-esteem.
This practice can be conducted in an individual setting or a group setting. This technique can be used to help people with concerns about anxiety, depression, addiction, and eating disorders. The act of focusing one’s attention on a specific task can promote mindfulness and stress reduction. Also, once the task is complete, it can provide a sense of accomplishment.
Our practitioners focus on giving vegan and vegetarian options, as it allows people to possibly try something new and also gives them a more sustainable option.
Mindfulness: Guided Meditation
Guided meditation is a form of meditation that is led by a guide or a teacher. In the case of our program, it is led by one of the trained practitioners. In this practice, the guide provides instructions on how to focus one’s mind and relax.
This method is useful for individuals who are first starting out with meditation, as it allows them to be guided and remain engaged in the meditation. It can also provide a framework for their meditation practice. A wide range of themes can be focused on when undertaking guided meditation. Some include relaxation, stress reduction, and self-care.
Through guided meditation, it can provide the individual with benefits such as improving mental and physical health, reducing anxiety, improving sleep quality, increasing focus and attention, and overall enhancing well-being.

Mindfulness: Dot Painting
Dot painting is a traditional art that stems from the indigenous people of Australia. It entails the use of dots to create detailed and intricate patterns. It is done by applying a small amount of paint to a surface using a brush or thin stick. The dots are arranged in a specific pattern to form images that have cultural or spiritual themes.
This practice requires a large amount of attention and patience to complete a piece of work. The act of creating each dot with intent and purpose has been shown to be very therapeutic and can provide a sense of connection to one’s cultural and/or spiritual beliefs.
This practice can provide people with a new skill that allows them to engage in creativity and also gives them a way to relieve stress and anxiety.
EFT: Emotional Freedom Technique
Emotional Freedom Technique (EMT), also known as Tapping therapy, is a form of energy psychology that combines traditional Chinese medicine elements with cognitive behavioral therapy to help individuals overcome psychological and emotional issues. EFT involves tapping on the meridian points while focusing on a particular issue or emotion. Tapping on the particular points with fingers is believed to free up any blockages in energy flow.
Through the use of EFT, it can assist in treating multiple psychological and emotional issues one might be facing, such as anxiety, stress, trauma, and depression. Due to its simplicity and relatively non-intrusive nature, it can be a very good option as another way to combat some of the emotional and psychological issues mentioned above.

Hypnotherapy
Hypnotherapy is a form of therapy that utilizes hypnosis to assist the individual in achieving increased focus and a heightened state of relaxation. During hypnosis, a trained professional will put the recipient into a trance-like state through the repetition of phrases and images. This trance-like state allows the recipient to be more open to suggestions and allows them to access their unconscious mind.
Hypnotherapy is often used in conjunction with other forms of therapy to assist in achieving the desired results. Through the use of hypnotherapy, a wide variety of issues or concerns can be addressed, some of which include depression, anxiety, phobias, and addictions.
However, it should be mentioned that despite the benefits of hypnotherapy, some individuals who suffer from severe chronic mental or physical health conditions should not undertake hypnotherapy.
Gong Bath Therapy
Gong Bath Therapy, also known as sound bath therapy or sound healing, is a form of therapy for promoting relaxation and well-being through the use of sound. Participants often lie down or sit in a comfortable position while a trained professional plays gongs, singing bowls, and some others in order to produce a range of frequencies. The frequencies are said to stimulate the parasympathetic nervous system. This system is responsible for the rest and relaxation of the body.
There are multiple benefits to partaking in gong bath therapy, some include improving concentration and focus. It has also been shown to boost the creativity of participants while also increasing their spiritual awareness. It is often used in combination with other forms of treatment, such as yoga and meditation.
Gong bath therapy is generally a safe option for most people who want to partake in holistic wellness. With our trained practitioners, you can be sure you will have a good experience.

Energy Healing: Chakra Balancing
Chakra balancing is a form of alternative therapy that focuses on balancing the energy centers, or chakras, of the body. The chakras are said to be the spinning wheels of energy located along a person’s spine. The seven chakras correspond to different organs and emotions in the body.
Chakra balancing can be done in a variety of ways; some include meditation, visualization, yoga, and aromatherapy. The ultimate goal of chakra balancing is to clear up any blockages that may have formed and promote free-flowing energy throughout the body.
This method allows for increased emotional balance, increased spiritual levels, and increased clarity.
Reiki
Reiki is an alternative form of therapy that originated in Japan. It is based on the idea of universal life-force energy. When undertaking a session, a trained practitioner will place their hands on or near the recipient’s body. Their intention is to draw and direct life-force energy through the body.
The session is typically 30 minutes to an hour; the recipient remains fully clothed and is either seated or lying down. The practitioner may place their hands on the body or just above the body, depending on the comfort level of the recipient.
Some of the benefits of Reiki are that it can be used to reduce pain, promote relaxation, and support one’s overall well-being. It should be used in conjunction with other methods and not solely by itself.

Chakra Tea Ceremony
A chakra tea ceremony is a practice that uses tea as a tool to align and balance one’s chakras. This ceremony is typically led by a trained practitioner who guides participants through a series of meditative exercises while drinking specially crafted teas that correspond to each of the seven chakras.
During the ceremony, participants are often seated in a circle and are invited to set an intention for the practice. The practitioner serves a series of teas that are designed to address a specific chakra.
After each tea is served, the practitioner may lead participants through a guided meditation or visualization exercise that focuses on the corresponding chakra. This may involve breathing exercises, visualization techniques, or other forms of mindfulness practices.
Chakra tea ceremony is a holistic approach to meditation and mindfulness that can promote relaxation, emotional balance, and spiritual well-being. It is a non-invasive and natural way to support the body’s energy centers.
Aromatherapy
Aromatherapy is a holistic technique that involves the use of essential oils extracted from plants to promote emotional, physical, and psychological well-being. Essential oils are highly concentrated plant extracts that contain the aroma of the plant. While partaking in a session, the oils can be used in a variety of ways; some include inhalation, topical application, or diffusion of the oils into the air.
The varying oils can be used for different things; for example, lavender is typically used to promote relaxation and stress relief. Peppermint is often used for easing headaches and improving mental clarity.
It is important to note that, due to the fact that the essential oils are highly concentrated, they can sometimes cause irritation and allergic reactions in some people. So please consult our professionals before use if you have any known allergies.

Laughing Yoga
Laughing yoga is the practice of intentionally inducing laughter through a series of breathing exercises and movements. This approach improves emotional states, increases energy levels, reduces stress, and more.
Our practitioners provide laughing yoga sessions for your entire team. In addition to the individual benefits, participating in laughing yoga as a team can improve team synergy, bonding, and morale.
